JERUSALEM, January 25, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Michael David Evans, founder of the Friends of Zion Heritage Center and Museum in Jerusalem, was nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize. He dedicated his life to fighting anti-Semitism.
Evans was a victim of anti-Semitism who was strangled by his own father at age 11 as he tried to defend his Jewish mother.
The application was submitted by Bobby BrownSenior Vice President of Ariel University at Israel. He said “The reason I named mike evans it’s because I don’t know anyone alive who does more to fight anti-Semitism.”
Sunday, January 31, 2022 is the last day for submitting a nominee for this year’s award.
The late ninth president of Israel, Shimon Peres, was the founding international president of the Friends of Sion. He commissioned the Friends of Zion award which has been given to 22 world leaders, including two US presidents, George W. Bush and Donald J. Trump.

At Mike Evans’ birthday on June 30, 1984 Mr. Evans was informed by the ATF that, Richard Wayne Snella white supremacist and Jew hater, was heading to Evans’ house to kill him in Colleyville, TX. Snell had already killed an Arkansas State Trooper along the way.
